Log into www.LTAC.org Go to Member Login – see the name tag Click on Continuing Education You will need to log one session at a time – Click “add credit”
Under Event Name type “ 2026 LTAC Conference” Add the range date “9/8 – 9/11 Then click category and choose the session from the dropdown menu. Sessions for this year's conference include:
Under hours type: The corresponding hours for the session Save and Repeat
