Deputy Secretary Chris Beall will give an update on recent legislation and rules affecting Colorado businesses generally and notaries public in particular, include the Office’s implementation of regulations on disclosure of notarization fees. Deputy Beall will also be available to discuss the broad range of services the Office provides, including business entity filings, apostilles of documents for international transactions, and regulation of charitable solicitations. Deputy Beall serves on the Colorado Electronic Recording Technology Board and will give a quick summary of that board’s work to improve recording technology in county clerks’ offices
