Hotel Room Block Deadline: August 18, 2026A block of guest rooms is being held at The Hythe Vail with preferred pricing for our attendees. Located in the heart of Lionshead Village, The Hythe is a luxury resort offering upscale accommodations, stunning mountain views, and easy access to Vail’s Eagle Bahn Gondola. The group rate is $252.00 a night for a guest room. There is a daily resort fee has been reduced for our group to $25.00 a night. The valet parking fee has been reduced to $30.00 per vehicle per night. We encourage you to book early, as often the hotel block fills up.
