Schedule and Class Descriptions - REGISTRATION FOR IN-PERSON CLASSES
8:30-11:30 a.m. MORNING CLASS
- Beginning Commercial Escrow, Level I, II (3 credit hours): Introductory level class for residential closers with a desire to increase knowledge and transition into commercial oriented real estate transactions. Instructor: Rebecca Ringman C.T.I.S./C.E.S.S. - $90.00 for members, $150.00 non-members

8:30-4:30 p.m. ALL DAY CLASS - lunch will be served
- Title Licensing Prep Class, Level I, II, III (6.5 credit hours): Prepares those who are required to be licensed to take the state licensing exam. Instructors: Joe Belongia and Kevin Sloan - $180.00 for members, $460.00 non-members
- Legal Descriptions, Level I, II, III (6.5 credit hours): Understanding and mapping section land, subdivisions, condominiums, townhouses, time-shares, and identifying acreage sizes within a section. Instructor: Dean Ruybal, C.T.I.S $180.00 for members, $325.00 non-members
