Schedule and Class Descriptions - REGISTRATION FOR IN-PERSON CLASSES

ONLINE REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED - Contact [email protected] for space availability.  

8:30-4:30 p.m. ALL DAY CLASSES - lunch will be served

  • Title Licensing Prep Class, Level I, II, III (6.5 credit hours):  Prepares those who are required to be licensed to take the state licensing exam. Instructors: Joe Belongia, Kevin Sloan and David Stubbs - $180.00 for members, $460.00 non-members 
  • Legal Descriptions, Level I, II, III (6.5 credit hours): Understanding and mapping section land, subdivisions, condominiums, townhouses, time-shares, and identifying acreage sizes within a section.  C.T.I.S. required course. Instructors: Dean Ruybal, C.T.I.S. - $180.00 for members, $325.00 for non-members  

Interested in the CTIS or CESS designation but don't want to take all the required classes?   You can test out, just register for the tests you would like.

Schedule and Class Descriptions - HYBRID (LIVE STREAM OPTION) REGISTRATION

This option allows you to LIVE STREAM the Title Licensing Course from your office or your home on April 9, 2024.  The primary difference between this option and our on-demand course, is that you will have the opportunity to ask questions of your instructors during the event.
