8:30-11:30 a.m. MORNING CLASS
- FinCEN: From Basics to Best Practices - Preparing for the December 2025 Requirements. (3 credit hours): Big changes are coming December 1, 2025. Join us for a practical overview of FinCEN’s evolving requirements—what they are, when they apply, who must comply, and how to implement them effectively. This session will guide you from the fundamentals of FinCEN compliance to proven best practices, helping you and your team prepare for the transition with confidence. Instructors: Candi Slobodnik, Jennifer Williams, and Maureen Dunn. - $90.00 for members, $150.00 non-members
12:30-3:30 a.m. AFTERNOON CLASS
- Intermediate Escrow, Level I, II (3 credit hours): For those processors and starting closers who want to understand more intermediate figures, prorations and more complicated residential closings. Instructor: Penny McKelroy C.T.I.S./C.E.S.S. - $90.00 for members, $150.00 non-members

8:30-4:30 p.m. ALL DAY CLASS - lunch will be served
- Title Licensing Prep Class, Level I, II, III (6.5 credit hours): Prepares those who are required to be licensed to take the state licensing exam. Instructors: Joe Belongia, Kevin Sloan and Nicole Hall - $180.00 for members, $460.00 non-members
